**Dispute Resolution**
In the event of a dispute or disagreement concerning your reservation or stay at HOTEL AMADEUS, we strongly encourage our customers to attempt to resolve the issue by first contacting our
customer service. Our team will do their utmost to find a satisfactory solution.
If an amicable resolution is not possible and you wish to take legal action, disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the French courts in accordance with applicable French laws.
**Consumer Mediation**
HOTEL AMADEUS is committed to swiftly and effectively resolving any disputes with its customers. If you have a dispute with our establishment, we encourage you to contact us first to try to
find an amicable solution.
However, if no amicable solution can be reached, you have the right to seek mediation with a consumer mediator. A mediator is an independent third party who can assist you in impartially
resolving your dispute.
Please note that seeking mediation is generally free of charge for the consumer, in accordance with current regulations.
**No Right of Withdrawal**
In accordance with current regulations in France, we would like to inform our customers that the right of withdrawal provided for in distance and off-premises contracts does not apply to
accommodation reservations at HOTEL AMADEUS.
When you make a reservation with our establishment, you are entering into a service contract for specific dates. Unlike the purchase of goods at a distance, a hotel room reservation cannot be
canceled or withdrawn once confirmed, except in accordance with our cancellation policy.
